the event was a GREAT time, fun racing, good competition, and an awsome course!! Debbie Rice won the females, and (I)Jimmy blair won the male race

Congrats JIMBO! I never had any doubt! Let me give you all a little story in which the story from the other forums don't mention!
Chalk one up for Jimmy Blair racing on Pinnacle Boots, MPC VT GOLDS 100mm Race Wheels and Ion 12.80 frames. Jim Larson finished in a respectable 8th place in the Masters division and 15 overall, also on MPC VT GOLD 100mm Race Wheels.
We're called to the start line for the playing of our National Anthem and we're given race instructions! There was like a 30 second countdown or so and the gun went off and down the road we went. I happened to be about 3 people back off the line when we started and no sign of Jimmy Blair in font of me or even after I settled in to the pack as we began our first little climb. All kind of quiet, nothing but the sound of bearings and wheels rolling was a voice coming from behind me............"Hey, why didn't you tell me they were starting!" I was who the heck is that, and when I turned to my right I saw Jimmy Blair going past me up towards the front. So I said, "What did you want me to do call your cell phone and let you know we were lining up, the first clue should have been the sound of the NATIONAL ANTHEM playing!"
well little did I know, Jimmy had taken a personal tour of the course and went all the way around, a 4.8 mile loop! So basically not only winning the Texas Road Rash event, Jimmy skated an extra 4.8 miles on top of the 6 laps making his event a 33.6 mile race!...............AND WON!
Now that's the funny part! Jimmy you're my hero bro! GREAT JOB!.........and by the way, nice car! LOL

HENCE THE NAME!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Heck I have to be the admin somewhere, my priviledges were revoke from the other forum, we won't mention any names but the HYPE and kaos I was causing, I assume the limelight was taken away from those that thought they deserved it more than I did. Can't even get on the other forum now. So we have to pump this one up! Spice it up a bit ya know.

I remember him zooming by Burke and I, wondering, what the f@#%???
all that and winning the race to boot!!!
you did not need to make it that hard on yourself, but it adds a great dimension to the tale.
What a great event this was. It was good meeting all you folks again.
Can't wait for that new Tsunami to get here!! Is it ready yet. 
hope to see ya'll again soon.. Maybe Northshore, not sure yet.
